Hi, I'm Farrukh. I worked at a Dubai agency.

From 2022 to 2025, Redesign DXB, a Dubai agency, had 3 designers. 2 of them were mine. My seniors ran the agency, and I was responsible for managing its AED 1M+ portfolio: Hyde Hotel, Soho Garden, Grosvenor House. I know what a late job costs, because stopping it was my job.

How do I pay?
Bank transfer. We send an invoice each month. You pay our account in Pakistan. No UAE VAT. 3 months upfront saves 10%.
What is “late = free design”?
Every job gets a time. If we miss it, ask for 1 more design. That's it.
What if month one is bad?
Tell us within 7 days. Month two is free, or we refund month one.
Do unused pieces roll over?
Yes, for one month, up to one month's worth.
What if the test is not good?
You lose 2 minutes and keep a free design. The same designers work on your desk.
Where is your team? What about holidays?
Karachi. We work Dubai hours, Mon–Sat. We're off Pakistani holidays. Eid is the same as Dubai.
What software do you use?

What is one design?
One picture in one size. Each carousel slide counts as one. A new size counts as a new design.
